first of all replace the paper feeding and paper lifting rollers. Also check the flag sensor if it returns to the starting position correctly

I have done all that .the issue is that it doest show paper jam but on screen the machines shows printing and keep on running continuously and after 2 or three minute the jam code is timeout

        aakash,

By running do you mean the main motor keeps turning but it doesn't feed paper? Does the mfp have an internal finisher? Are there any error codes being logged in Service Mode? Any jam codes logged? Does it do this from all paper sources or just one? Due to age of mfp I've had to remove the foam dampener pad that is mounted behind the registration plate which holds the registration flag. It's just a noise dampener near the end of the registration sensor flag which gets sticky from ozone over the years. If it has an internal finisher I've seen issues with the stapler cartridge cause some strange behaviors like what you're describing too.

Hi thanks for reply.main motor keeps on running and on screen it shows printing with a paper stuck near registration flag .after a while it shows jam and in jam code it shows time out error depicting sensors of paper tray, registration ,fuser and delivery.

It's happen when you print or copy double side ??I faced before this problem on ir 2870 i not sure is it same with ir3235..The root couse is duplex clutch faulty

Yes in 2870 it is door harness but I am facing similiar issue while simple printing or copying single side in 3235.
Sometimes it works well for 400 copies then suddenly same issue props up

Have you tried removing and re-seating the memory?

The HDD/System software can cause weird issues like this.

Check in service mode has the machine logged any errors.
From what you describe this is not a jamming issue.
Format the HDD & reload the firmware (fit a new HDD is you have one to rule this out)

There is a solenoid under the three clutches (CL1, CL2, CL3) below the lower left of the main drive motor, when you open the back.
Over time, it turns sticky. This is because of the foam placed in between the magnetic surface, and the flat lever accommodating the spring. When it melts, it becomes sticky, forcing the solenoid to intermittently lock the gear it is controlling.
I have worked numerously on situations like that.

I have attached a picture with an arrow indicating the position of the said foam on the solenoid. If your situation is the same as what I had worked on, then changing the solenoid will relieve any headache.
When I can't get a new one in time, my alternate option has been to scrape the worn out foam off and clean the surface with a strong solvent. I then stick a sellotape over the surface to replace the foam. If the solenoid is working, this option is even much more durable!

Number 1...what is the jam code?? There is a rubber damper for the registration sensor actuator flag that gets a groove in it(sometimes it just gets sticky). Scrape it off. Also, remove the dampers on the right door(2 on ends of lower diverter, 3 behind duplex diverter.) Post the jam code...

That solenoid is on the back side of each PFU on that model but you are correct. I have had several odd jamming problems because of these pads. I scrape off and put electrical tape in its place and it works fine.
