i need to know how to fix this trouble please TT
The device has been in trouble for many weeks.

What did you do before getting this error, trying to reset the main counter maybe?

before getting error. E350-0001

device is restart and getting error E602-0001

i find this trouble E602-0001
it's about harddisk ,i try to firmware but not success

machine is work about two weeks

after that this E350-0001 appear for this machine

Replace the HDD & reload your firmware.

This will resolve the E602 error & you may fine the E350 also.

it' show E350-0001 and cannot access service mode *28*
when i press *28* before turn switch on machine is appear bootableDL Project error

Start the machine in download mode then use your laptop & SST to upload the SSW.

I think by looking at your profile you may be better of calling out a trained service engineer you could end up doing more damage good luck

hello i want to ask you something about your machine, my machine has problem like your machine BootableDL project error, did you solve the problem?can you share the solution if your machine has fixed?

e350 is dodgy counter board or a mismatch with the eco - something doesnt sit right? howd you get e602?
