            hey man.. no need to get snarky... you are putting that info out in a public forum... we get a LOT of end users/newbies/dummies here.

            think about what you posted.. you mentioned NOTHING about a bricked HDD.. or one with bad sectors... or dead drives..

            I've been cloning drives since the 80's...

            that type of 'info' could lead to some DUMBASS trying to clone a fucked HDD and then blaming you for mis-information. Just trying to keep things clear.

                Reloading the SSW is not for the end user, this would be done by a trained tech.

                However if you wanted to try yourself or let your IT support reinstall it drop us an email.
