    [CQ] Enabling scanning option for iR3300 in Windows 10

    Hi
    Can anyone guide me as to how to enable scanning in Windows 10 - (64 bit) for iR3300.

      You have to use Network ScanGear I think

              if this is the old iR3300 you will also need the network memory chip as well...

                  Depends what exact model you have.

                  IR3300i has scan enabled. Or you need the IR3300N model to print & scan.

                      Used to scan on this machine when I had windows 7, but unable to do so in Windows 10

                          Win 10 has SMB v1 disabled for security reasons & now uses SMB v2/3 the IR3300 won't support this.

                                      Windows 7 support date ended Jan 14, 2020. No further updates from Microsoft.
