Problem

My client had an issue with A3 jamming on double siding.
The paper continuously jammed when being output on the tray before being turning over to go in the door for the second pass.
solution
I inserted two pieces of dense sponge above the two rollers in the output tray.
it seems the paper has a tendency to slip on these rollers which are suppose to pull the paper back into the machine.
The pressure between these rubber rollers and the plastic rollers on the bottom are too slight.

It is evident that this is a temporary solution, an accidental touch by the user in removing the printed paper can cause the problem to reoccur, I would suggest pulling the section away and overhauling it, thoroughly cleaning the rubber rollers and slightly increasing the soft pressure

The sound dampening sponges they put on paper switch actuators and duplex gate becomes sticky and causes such jams, remove them.
