Canon IR Adv c350i - ADF Jamming

Went out on a Canon ImageRunner Advance C350if. It is jamming in the Document feeder. It seems to pass one sheet just fine. But as soon as I try 2 or more it jams every time (Code 0002 and 0021). I cleaned both sensors. The book says to check the second sensor (PS02). I went into the service mode and did an adf check. It seems to sense that the paper is Legal size. How does this machine determine the paper size or is there a setting that needs to be changed so that it will recognize LTR or Legal going through the ADF. Thanks !!

Not familiar with this model but the setting used to be under the Feeder/function adjustments in Service Mode on other models.

Have you looked in the Service Manual?

I found a post on another site that said firmware fixed this problem for them.
