You say you swapped the toner motor in your first post, I would be looking at the dc controller, do these machine have a hopper driver pcb? I am not familiar with this model.

Yes i did the swap the Toner Motor but as both of these have the same issue so I'm planning to get New Toner motor and DC controller for one unit and see if that gets me out 'a trouble.

No it doesn't have hopper drive sub board, Toner motor is directly connected to DC controller.

your problem could be connected to the DC board,on the dc controller try to measure the yellow fuses on that board they could be open coz the hopper motor gets the voltage of 24v direct from this board.

          Thank you,

I already measured the Fuse 15 closer to J352, That reads okay.

One more thing that i noticed is,

Why i have '' Check the Developer'' displayed next to Function > Install > Toner-S =''
            Check the Developer''?

Did you empty the toners and install new toner afresh?
If so try to get a 24v dc with same connection and power externally and perform COPIER>FUNCTION>TONER S and see wether the motor runs.
This series of machine tends to be sturbbon so dont lose hope.
I believe you have checked on the wiring as well

This message is normal, it wants you to confirm the dev unit is installed and connected if not it would cause damage to the hopper.
Again is is covered in the service manual, are you sure you have read it?
If the dev unit is not connected you get an E025 error.

                  Thank you,

Yes i read the SM the only thing against E25 that I found is M17 which is Toner Motor, can you please guide me if I'm missing something in service manual!.
I also checked the wiring, each single connector on board and from board to DV unit as well.

I think you are on the right track, E025-0001 Bottle Motor (M17) is a faulty toner motor.

You don't have one of the other models with the E602 error you can swap the motor from?

It might be worth removing & re-fitting the bottle motor & the connection on the DC controller.

Thank you, I will try to get the Motor replaced with working one and post an update.
