Dead Canon IRC 2380i only green power light ON, NO control panel operation

Can't Print or Copy. This machine sounds like it warms up and is ready but there are no lights on except the green power light. so, it does not print or copy and the print button on the copier does not go green (its off). If you raise the adf, the scan lamp lights for moment like normal.

I cleaned the RAM and re-installed it it worked but it gave me the error
E-000748-4000

Poor connection of peripheral cards or memory DIMMS.
Corrupt System Software.

Action

Reseat all peripheral cards (UFR Board, Resolution Switching Board, USB I/F Board and the like) SDRAM & Boot Rom on the Main Controller PCB Assembly.
Format HDD and reload System Software.

Honestly, I do not know the reason .... But I took all the previous steps ...
Only (Format HDD and reload System Software) remains.

If the HDD was the issue you would have an E602 error code not a blank screen.

However you were able to format the HDD & reload the firmware using the SST?

Thanks for the quick response. I have a printer with the same model. I changed all cards and the problem is still the same error. so am Clear all errors By pressing the buttons * 28 * funcation ........ The result is same error E-000748-4000 ?????

I have removed all the cards
I turned the machine on
I locked it down
I cleaned the motherboard and cards with alcohol
