I have this problem with a Canon C5540i.. Error code 602-0801 occurred
I went to the customers office to clear it and I selected the option for CHK Hard Drive
It said this will take 100 minutes, Ok I left the machine and called them back 2 hours later and
they said it was stuck on 15 minutes for the last 1/2 hour.. So i was thinking Hard Drive Failure.
I have a working C5550i machine in our office that I pulled the Hard Drive from and Installed into their
machine. So it went into the 100 minute thing again , so I left hoping this would recover by the morning
So after all of this, I read in the Service Bulletin that you should not swap Hard drives. I have not checked on the machine this morning yet
Any Suggestions for a fix ?
