IR A3525c no colour prints or copies

    Hi All,

Yes I know I am retired but a good friend of mine has acquired a IR Advanced 3252 with very low mileage. One issue is that it was set up, in service mode, to only copy or print in black, no colours.

I kind of searched the info windows in the service mode but could not find where to turn this back on. Can anyone guide me to the right place? TIA, Larry

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.
