[CQ] IR Adv 8505 quality problems with new main corona

    Hello,
After putting new main corona , I got some vertical gray lines on paper (light gray) and the toner yield is about 20k-30k A4.
We doubted the drum, but after swap, the drum was not the problem. If we turn off potential (swapped also), I have no problem with quality, but toner yield is about 20k.
    What could it be, please?
    Thank you

the 8505 series the developer unit is good for 1,000,000 copies. After that it must be changed. The transfer belt may be too worn, it is good for 600,000 copies. Of course have new coronas in the device.

Replace any ports that are over life.

Airflow is important on this model so check / replace all air & ozone filters as needed.

The problem was the new genuine corona. The wires were way too close to the grid. As about PM, we do it regularly.
