[CQ] iR400 head position short

there's 1 of my ir400 that head position short about 1.2 CM. from orginal and when i print meter out it's the same

I try to adjust in service mode but it's not help much it , I reduce shorten to 0.7 Cm. but it's not enough

please help

Where should i look?

Is it Regis position wrong?

Could be registration clutch. Also there is a black pressure clip with a pressure spring on either side of the reg roller to apply pressure. These can break.
