Customer had a power surge now they have an e614-4000. They're an hour away in a big city, so I'm forming a plan of attack before I make the visit.
I saw a couple of old posts with the same code, but it was on an older c2030. It advised to replace the main controller and flash pcb as a set. I see the main controller in the parts book (FM1-W953), but don't see a flash pcb there.
Has anyone had this code on the c5000 series?
What are the odds that I can reload firmware from a usb flash drive to fix it?
