Canon advance 4051 fusing problem

The machine was working normally but i needed ro replace fusing film due to some spots on it. After that the problem appeared.
the first 4 or 5 pages are good then the toner not fixed at all pages afterwards without popping up any errors. Any ideas ? Thank you

Only film not the assembly

The films that come from China suck. At the least you should replace the film assembly. You can get rebuilt assemblies from Nationwide in Kansas.

Its too expensive here to get fixing film assembly.. the fusee film is from CET ?? Bad?

There's your issue.

I guess you could try increasing the fuser temp in service mode, or set the paper trays to heavy etc.

I don't use them but I know somebody who does and has had problems.

If it is original toner, check fixing film and value on Service Mode, if it is compatible toner, replace deveop with good toner

The problem solved by replacing hearing element( i think the problem was the heating element has to lines one is not working. The heat is not enough generated by one line)
