    Canon C3325 error code:E602-0701

I have no experience with this make or model nor factory support. Regardless, my boss took on the service call. A quick search tells me this is a HD problem. The depth of the problem I cannot tell.

So is this an easy fix as in go out there and reboot the machine? Run some service mode and reboot? Is this a known issue where the HD must be replaced?

I would appreciate any help in regard on how to proceed with the problem on this machine.

Basically yes you're right HDD issue. You could run a HD check on the partition with the issue (7) hold down keys 1&9 then power on. But most likely the HDD has failed however with Canon you will need to purchase the correct one and reload the system software.

If you need the system software etc let me know we can supply it for you.

Check in the manual which partitions to clear(not near a manual to look). If it recovers, I personally would backup data(import/export), format the Hard drive and re-install the latest firmware, then push data back
