[Error Code] E602-1401 hdd error Canon ir-adv C3530i 2.nd

Hi,

We got problem with iradv c3530i 2.nd ver. machine wont upgrade we cant go to service mode or download mode. machine is poping out error E602-1401. We put new hdd in it and it is same error.
Any help woud be great.

If u replace hdd with new one, you need reinstall the firmware boss

如果可以报错，可以重写 flash 电子硬盘来解决这个问题。

We want to reinstal firmware but it is not posible. machine is not going to download mode or upgrade mode!

Flash PCB failure. Take the same model flash PCB from another device. It will allow you to enter download mode so you can update. When you are finished, put the old one back.

ps: Konica Minolta or Micopy? 😁
