    Canon C5850i damage transfer belt

In the Canon C5850i device at the 500k pages I replaced the transfer belt along with the transfer cleaner assy, after printing 90k pages the belt wore out as in the picture. All materials are original. Replacement in accordance with the service manual procedure. Does anyone have an idea why this happened?

ITB cleaning blade is not ok. They have changed the code twice already. Check if you are using the latest one.FM1-R475-20
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

This blade is also ok. This happens often, which is why a bulletin was published on this topic on 15 Jan 2025.
