[CQ] Double Text Printing

Hi Everyone,

My Canon C5030i Has poor Quality Issue on Color prints , When i print Black and White Its printing Good,
When I Print or Photocopy in colors its came very poor and also dual text Appears , and also down of the page its too light printing.
I have changed the all Drums and all Cleaning Blades still its in bad Condition,
Herewith i attached how the print will and also pg text page.
Please suggest me for this issue

Clean dust proof glass and laser optics.
Check magenta developer.
If ITB is ok then start color mismatch.

I have already cleaned the dust proof glass and laser optics
Megenta Developer is also looks good
i didnt see anything wrong in ITB
but i got error when i did auto color missmatch
