[Misc] Settings/registration button not working

Hi Techs
I have a canon advance c3725i failing to login settings but the same settings button when entering service mode it's working but not when I want to access settings have tryed to reset machine to factory reset the problem is still there am able to login administrator and 7654321 okey but still can't get in settings
What could be the problem

I will start updating the software, then calibrate the touch screen

Have you tried using the Settings and Registration icon on the main menu to see if it works? Scroll over to settings and registration shortcut I think that's the Icon.

Yes settings/ registration I can't access to go into settings to change IP address settings/registration icon and 123 icon for checking machine counter are not opening

So when you tap the 123 bottom of the screen nothing happens ?

I would try calibrating the screen.

When i press the 123 icon the toner is there and you can see that it's pressed but the machine counter display is not showing
