[Jamming] IR8505 - Jamming on A5

Morning all,

Having issues with A5 on this Canon. The paper keeps trying to go over the top of the hot roller.

Any idea what could be causing this?

A4 will run all day long.

Fuser is on 103% so I've ordered upper and lower. Doubt that is causing this though.

try it with a slightly heavier A5 sheet, assuming the correct size.

Hi,

I think its just a media issue, try turning the sheet and test . You can Also try flipping the sheets upside down and test .

Else try different media .
