    [CQ] Black shade comes

    Hi All ,

    My Canon C5030i Machine photocopy and printing is too dirty , Black shades appear on paper , i Chaned the drum and clean the laser unit still no use. please help me on this ,

      Are you using Original Canon Toner? That looks like developer roller contamination.
      What is the maintenance count on the Developer, K and fuser?
