    [Error Code] Canon Ir Adv C3320

    i was using oem toner cartridges previously, one day a non oem cyan cartridge insterted and the following message appear every time i on the machine. is there a way to disable the message ?IMG_20220531_095831.jpg

    Yes, update to the latest firmware - it apparently will remove the message.

    The chips are no longer being put on the bottles due to chip shortage. Tell customer to hit "I agree" and deal with it when they change toner, or you'll need to update the firmware to whatever version Canon are using to eliminate the message for now.
