    IR-ADV C3325I

    hi facing the below issues.
    *Able to take copies from the platen

    Symptoms : 1. Counter Data and serial no is disappeared .
    2. Dadf is dead 3. No Network communication.
    Action taken :
    *Removed and re-fixed all the boards in the Main controller.(tpm,flash) issue remains.
    *cleared mcon & dcon issue remains
    *replaced the main controller ,issue remains
    *replaced the dcon issue remains

    Try a factory reset / initialize all data in settings/registration.

      Before replacing any boards etc did you try updating the system software?
