    Canon IR C2020 firmware

    I am not a Canon dealer . I changed out the HDD this weeek on a 2020 . Does this machine formatt itself ? or will I need to find firmware for aIRC2020

      iR ADV C2020/C2030 You'll need firmware.

          Yes you will need to reload the system software (firmware) using the service support tool (SST) onto the new HDD.
