    1. You replace the hdd
    2. Format the hdd in download mode
    3. Install new firmware

If the hdd is not from the same generation same PN) it will not work.
I would first reload the firmware before changing it.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Yes I too would suspect the HDD.

As others have said if its from the same generation then try a straight swap, if you get an E602 - xxxx error format the HDD in the SST & reload the system software.

Unfortunately, I replaced HDD with another one from a working machine, it worked directly but the same problem.I suspect now the controller but power supply is excluded idea I think.

Is it just the panel running slow? The IRA C20/22 series had the sane issue caused by the control panel CPU.

Reseat RAM,etc on controllers for a start. Usually it's a HDD or RAM issue when they are lazy Try a new HDD if reseating pcbs/RAM , formatting, flashing HDD,RAM/controller clearings, initialize all data, etc don't help it..6000s have been around for a while and a used HDD might act similar. I get drives from Nationwide. RAM could be "flakey"(lol) too

                  Thanks for reply

I replaced hdd with the same issue
Do all types of clears in the function mode and intialized hdd but nothing working.
I cleaned both rams but the same problem.

What i do fear is if i bought controller may be the problem be from power supply. I dont know
