    Canon iR 4570 : no SEND menu on screen

    hey everyone, some help needed here.
    so i just worked on iR4570, and need to be able to send files to pc but i can't find the SEND menu on the screen.
    Maybe one of you know how to fix it? thanks

      A couple of service mode setting you may want to check.

      COPIER > DISPLAY > ACC-STS > SEND check this is set to 1

      In Level 2 COPIER > OPTION > BODY > UI-SEND check this is set to 1

          checked. In Level 2 COPIER > OPTION > BODY > UI-SEND already set to 1. But in COPIER > DISPLAY > ACC-STS > SEND is still showing 0, and i can't change that one.
          And, there is still no SEND menu on the screen.

              On this old IR4570 was the i-send an optional extra & didn't come as standard ?

                      If you have those settings right and don't have a send tab, then you don't have universal send installed.

                          Is there any way to install this univesal send thing? Or maybe there is a pdf file that i can download?

                              It's a license that had to be purchased from Canon. I'm sure it's no longer available. Try Ebay
