Could be caused by paper stuck in the transfer cleaning unit or even a damaged fuser, do you have any information available on consumables?
Replace a original Black drum only .I will try to replace a ITB cleaning assy
it seems black color problem, first check the black developer, and see if the black toner is original.
in all the impressions this problem appears or only in the first impressions - copies

Already settle there is a melt sponge stick on the ITB belt ..and the black dot is fuser assy problem ..scracth
