[Electrical] Canon IR 3300 Continous Restarting

Hello Friends
i am using Canon IR 3300 photocopier past 9 years,
since some days i am facing a problem, after starting the machine after some time it reboots itself.
even while i start the machine sometimes it acts same, continuous reboots, as if i am turning the power off and on
i hope you have understood my problem

can anyone help me in this matter

When the device restarts do you have a message on the screen?

Try updating / re-writing the system software.

it just restarts, no message or error code or any display on the screen
even some times machine is on state showing the info but it is gets restarted but the display shows ON ready to operate
i'l try to shoot a video for better explanation

Its the Power Supply. Some of these machine got defective power supplys that were very sensitive to line noise. You can try a line conditioner but praying and changing the PSU is going to be the best.
Dealers who were good got new PSUs from Canon if they were paying attention and asked for them.

I met this problem a number of times and the solution to this would be changing the power supply board or the RAM and the problem could be solved.
Since these are old machines,the power supply always get dry joints or the RAM wears off

Update the firmware for starters. Pull the boot ROM and any RAM out and clean the contacts with fine sandpaper and alcohol for starters...I've had it on this series(22/38/3300). Reseat Main con connectors,etc. If still having issues and hard drive is older, replace it.
