Canon IR 5255i ADF copy and Scan pages are black ​

Hello,

I have a problem with canon ADV 5255i with ADF copy and scan. This machine didn't show any error code about ADF. While coping or scanning the front side scanner lamp not light up but the scanner lamp back side is working. When I tried to copy or scan thru the mirror the front side scanner lamp is light up as normal.

If you have any solution for this problem, Please kindly help!

Have you recently replaced the ADF?

I would also update the system software.

The latest system software / RCON / Document feeder etc.

Is there related with function in Service Mode? due to when I clear RCON/DC/SRAMDATA the lamp was light up as normal, but when turn off and turn on power it doesn't light up.
Does the update firmware are content with those items ?

Yes updating the firmware will update those items.

The first picture looks like the feeder is up too high on the left. Maybe check the sensor that tells the machine the top is down.

make sure the glass filter is intalled correctly

The problem from the first (Copying glass). but when scanning directly to a copying glass the copy glass works as normal.
But scanning from ADF copying glass not light up that cause black.
