paper folding & creasing on Ir2800

On single sided works fine, but on double sided run jams under drum and paper is folded in half and sometimes creasing as passes the fuser.

Changed all pick up rollers and stripped fuser , paper deck n duplex cannot find anything deformed causing folding of paper.

Inspected the transport bed, static eliminator and tranfer roller all ok.

If someone had similar fault please help.

i know you checked it but pull out the stat eliminator again and make sure the small metal tab for bias is on the end of the stat elim

first all ram clear. in *17 39* mode. cheak paper size.cheak static eliminator.

Changed static eliminator and copiers seem to work fine.
