    IRA C3525i Firmware Version

    Hi All,

I have a IRA C3525I that I service. I need to know what the latest firmware version is out there. Currently the DCCON is 52.01 and the RCON is 43.01.

    Is this current?

    Thanks in Advance.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

        Hi Funstem,

Read my request again. I was not asking for the firmware, I was asking if the firmware on the machine is current, I am a Ricoh, Kyocera trained tech. As all other techs on this site, we have to service other machines. We do not have access to the Canon site. We do have the service and parts manuals for all the machines we service.
I am Quite aware what manufacturer's sites have to offer as I have done this for 40 years and still doing it part time.
