    irc 3100 yellow shadow

this machine has a yellow shadow when printing in color. i have recently replaced the transfer belt assembly. when i first put it back together the prints looked great. a couple days later the customer called back with the shadow issue. the machine has 265k and has recently got a new drum, transfer roller and transfer belt. what am i missing? thanx in advance for any help.

When you say "yellow shadowing" do you mean a yellow background all over the page or do you mean that the yellow is offset from the other colours.
Meaning...in areas that are meant to be red or green...those areas have the yellow slightly offset...looking like a yellow border.
You may have to try washing the ITB rollers again...replace the belt and the yellow itb transfer roller....once you've ruled out the itb itself, and the issue is still occurring, try a DC clear.

Then try a DC clear...failing that you may have to re-align the laser units.

              It's been a looooong week..I thought it was a 3200
Even though the itb assy was in good condition as you say...you may have to test using another unit.
