That PG-10 test print looks pretty bad.

No black at all - check the black drum and especially the black developing assm (It may have broken drive piece on the rear side). This may be causing the E-020 also.

Streaks/drag marks - Check for a jammed piece of paper around the drums and the ITB assm above the drums.

I tried cleaning the patch sensor. Though, I wasn't able to understand what is the 'patch sensor shutter', so I wasn't able to push the 'patch sensor shutter' while I was cleaning the patch sensor.
The description from the documentation (screenshot attached below) wasn't clear enough for me to understand which part is the 'patch sensor shutter'.
After my attempt to cleaning the patch sensor the 'E000020-0081' error was resolved. Also the P-SENS-P value (in the service mode under Level2 --> Copier --> Display --> DENS --> P-SENS-P) is much better now: somewhere between 500 and 700.
I also made a test print (photo attached below), but that is far from perfect yet.
I also checked what the machine shows about the toners (photo attached below).

Does somebody have a better explanation of what the 'patch sensor shutter' is?
Does somebody have advice how I could improve the print quality (especially the black color) of the test print?

From your PG10 test pattern there is no black.

There was a known issue with the black drive coupling that would break.

To be honest I would book a trained teach to assess this machine for you. This is not an 'end user fix'

For your second-hand Canon image RUNNER ADVANCE C5030i, activate the license key through Service Mode. Access the printer's IP by checking your router's connected devices. Explore Service Mode for system settings related to activation. Ensure compatibility with windows server storage 2016 for seamless integration. If issues persist, contact Canon support for guidance. Handle configurations carefully to avoid disruptions.

        Best regards.
