Irc5550i iii cant print with Fiery

I have a canon Irc5550i iii when trying to print with imagePass P2 the data light will light up on machine but job never prints. If you let it set long enough the job will eventually delete . If you look at command workstation it will say user deleted. I've replaced the P2 hdd and reloaded firmware on it with no luck. Canon is saying that they think it's the copiers hdd.
You can hook machine up to network without Fiery and it will work. Has anyone ran across anything like this before?

Set the value in the following service mode to "3".COPIER > OPTION >INT-FACE > IMG-CONT

I've done that . Machine sees the Fiery but when you try to print anything , even a config page from Fiery, the data light on machine comes on but machine never prints. This machine used to work not sure why it stopped working

I replaced the OPEN INTERFACE BOARD PCB ASSEMBLY Part number FM1-T848-000 which is the board that mounts in machine and the SCICS cable plugs into.

This resolved my problem hopefully it helps someone in the future
