    IR2800 hdd

    Hi

Anyone have a Canon IR2800 hard drive new or good used with the system software on it to sell? Not sure if it matters with HDD but this customer only copies with old machine.
Think it's same HDD as the IR2200, 3300?

Please PM if you have one and will work out payment details.

    Thanks

You can find these on eBay, remove the old HDD & buy an IDENTICAL one. You'll then need to install the system software via laptop & parallel cable.

Yes I saw them on ebay and have the system software from years ago. But problem is I don't have a laptop with parallel port to take to customers office. This is why I asked if someone had a good HDD with sys soft already on it.

Yes that is the issue. However you could also pick up a cheap Win XP laptop with a parallel port on eBay too.

Will something like a USB to parallel cable work using Win 10 laptop?

            Thanks again

You can't run it on Windows 10, as far as I know, the maximum is on Windows 7
