Color registration marks on ir 5250

Help, I'm getting actual color registration marks on the printed area of the page, there are colored areas that shouldn't be as well, i started setting the registers in svc level 2 back to factory, under img-reg, the density ones are all populated, this came in as PQ, previous tech changed the ITB, and ran screaming, apparently, I was thinking ITB cleaner, but it is not that, although I do get some defects like repeating an image that was just printed a page ago and 2" over, so... help please!

I would clean or replace the ITB cleaning blade. Have you checked what the life is ?

And did this fault happen after your tech replaced the ITB belt ?

also auto gradation "has been canceled." Will check the shutter activator as per the other thread close to this one.

ITB is 528% of svc life, ordering now, and the EU states the printer just went down hard with an error previous to ITB replacement, this last guy didnt even reset the counters for the ITB install, so, it's a hot mess, if you click on the link in the orginial posting labele with my name "thomas conlon" it shows a picture of the 'registration' colors you'd see in a newspaper or other color printed artwork outside the margin but this is inside the printed area and it truly confuses me. There is no indication this repetitive error was showing up before the ITB swap, some 'shutter' like issues like half page one color, random, which i observed twice today out of about 70pp. and he didn't replace the 2ndary tr-roller of course.

The "T/S-UNIT" is over count significantly for replacement, not finding that off hand, of course I will be digging in to this one.

        THANKS!!!
