haave a ir 3570 jamming on double sided only... on senser ps13..have changed fuser...didnt take jam code!!! can do approx 5 copioes then jams ...any advice......thx

On the right door assy., the duplex is driven by belts-check the one-way bearings in the pulleys for slipping. I usually clean the bearings, then re-lube them with a drop of triflow, and also scrub the surface of the roller where they mount with a scotchbrite pad. -
Also check out that solenoid SL2 on the right side door of the A1 delivery unit and look at the Flapper, 3RD Paper delivery, there's a spring. That spring is very important. Plus look at the flapper fixing delivery, it sometimes gets stuck to the sheet foams. After awhile the flapper digs into the foam sticking onto the sticky bottom side of the foam. I take them off when they look bad. How does the jam look, does the paper stop or does it look like its hitting something?Comment

Also check the little black roller that are below the gate that screwtape was talking about the get toner built up on them wish stops the paper so check the lead edge like screwtape said.. also the arm in the sol.. breaks sometimes..check that to..Comment
