    c3220 control panel dead/blank

The only thing lit is the power light on the front right edge of the control panel. The machine is warming up and doing control rotations but the op panel is dead - no buttons work and no display. Cust says it occasionally would be ok untill the start button was pressed then black out. Now it's black all the time.
Have replaced: Control panel, power supply assm, main controller, ram, boot rom, sub-main controller, sram board (on sub-main cont) dc controller and power distribution board (below main cont). Reseated connectors behind main controller box coming from control panel. All parts came from a working c3200 parts machine.
    Any suggestions?

I would check the hard drive in definitely. Also, check the interface PCB and reader controller PCB.

I had a machine that would come actually start the print operation, then die, nothing but the green light and lcd backlight. The fuse board took care of my problem.

Thanks for the replies. I now have the machine in my shop and am working on it this afternoon - and tomorrow morning if needed. I'll post the results.

After replacing the reader controller, hard drive and another power supply assm w/fuse board it still wasn't working.
I then replaced the interface board (for reader connection, not Imagepass) and ram chips at the same time and the display came up. WTF! I reseated and replaced them before with no luck. Also, the machine I took the parts out of is now working fine with the interface pcb and ram chips from the bad machine!
I guess time will tell if it's fixed or if it was just poor connectors the whole time. Thanks again for the help.
