if you replace the laser unit, dc, plus the front cover, wow
Did you try to cheat the laser shutter.

I have same experience of IR6570 as you have. I had replaced :laser unit, power unit, DC controller board, IP board, wires linked to laser unit ,but failed .
Finally, I opened front cover and side covers, pulled out transportation unit , turned off then on ,when self-checking procedure ended, pushed back unit, closed front cover and side covers, if failed, repeated one more time ,at the end ,the machine worked .

Service manual never tells you how to repair .

was it the DC power supply you replaced ?

            Error :
Intermittent error codes E014, E100, E110 and E713 occurring. With the finisher removed the E713 error code no longer occurred and the E100 appeared to be the most common error code.

            Workaround :
While monitoring the 24 volts DC on the DC Power Supply at j4009 pin 3 it was found that the voltage would drop before the error occurred. Replacing the DC Power Supply resolved the error code.

In retrospect, depending on the time that the loss of 24 volts DC was recognized may have dictated which error was displayed.

Wait, so was issue resolved? Man, language barrier is tough. My only other suggestion if not, would be:

1.Verified laser shutter operation. Do you actually feel something spring loaded pushing back as you engage shutter with screw driver?
2.Is the black plastic tab installed on top of metal developer cover on right side of machine?
3.I have heard a few stories about persistent error codes that were not resolved until the cable harness that ran from the front of machine to rear were replaced. Believe that one of the cables from this harness plugs into the fan that is in the front fan cover/shutter activator.
4.What happens when you trip the front door switch with a screw driver? Do you still get error? Start the machine with front door open. Do you get error? If not, Check your VL1, VL2, VLT values in service mode and see if they spike after you trip front door switch. Might need a new switch.

                  Good luck, post results.

                    Hi,

                    Thank you for the support.

                    Problem sorted out.

It was pinched cables from video control PCB to Laser unit.

Thank you very much once again.
