    CLC 1110 Error code E071-0001 and E071-F000

    Dear Experts,
I have a CLC 1110 copier machine which make till now about 95000 copy and still look as new.
The problem is I have an error codes E071-0001 and E071-F000, and sometimes shows jammed paper on the TD (but no paper is jammed). I called a certificated service men they try a lot of variants to eliminate the errors, they replace the TD, replace the motor of the TD lifters and replace the motor of TD polisher, but without a result, they replace the DC controller even replace the electronic card of the TD and polisher lifter, also they replace the all base where the TD and fixing unit are lay, they clean and test all the sensors but without a result, they even take parts of my machine and try it on their machines and my parts work perfectly.
The problem also is the motor of the polish lifter does not lift the polisher at all on my machine even if it is ok and worked on other machines, and at this point my machine report error and even if the process of polishing pass which is in my case is rare, first copy stuck in the TD and again the error code appear again
Four service firm try to fix it but without a result.
Please you are my last chance and please consider that any information will help me

Please if any information or details needed, feel free to message me.
    Thank you a lot

    Hi,

Not Trained but can only find info below.

    E071 / E072 / E073

    Transfer Frame Connector
Poor Contact due to toner scattering around Transfer Connector
    Replace Connector FG6 0948

    TD Cleaner assy
Motor M8 being overloaded. Drive shaft from motor goes through long plastic bearings these were getting clogged with toner and oil
    clean drive shafts
    Transfer driver PCB
Static discharge onto transfer driver from peeling off old TD sheet too fast
Replace Transfer Driver PCB (FG6 - 2579) Remove old TD sheet SLOWLY to prevent problem.

    Good Luck

Eo71 is for the A B C side senors in the front of the T/D ass'y can detect home postion. There is a black plate on the front insde of the t/d that can get dirty or crack. Also the the sensors can go faulty. But if the tech changed the hole ass'y then it rules that out

Question I have is if you cheat the front doors does the transfer drum lift up against the photosensitive drum and spin? If that is fine I would be looking at the transfer drawer connectors in both the transfer frame (part.# FG3-2592-000) and on the rear frame of the machine (part# FG6-0948-000) I have replaced many of these harnesses for various E071 codes.

Hi. Did you check the front door interlock? And the bearing of the polish motor assembly? It goes out of place.
