C1 stuck on sleep mode?

Could the CPU not let the DC control board turn on the fixer assy
Last few posts show what I have looked into with details included.

No errors on startup/boot
Just dont think its the DC control board
The entire heater /fixer area cks out ok with the proper voltages
Really need help on this

Oh man you're just getting reamed by this machine huh?
I know the feeling well...damned C1's
You've checked out HVT,UFR heater(you know how the end of the element can break?)fixing feeder frame connectors?
I'm at a loss with this one I'm afraid...
I had a C1 call on Monday...E020-0488...power cycle the machine...cleaned the drum patch sensors and all good so far...but that sub code doesn't exist according to Canon of course

What I can do is to provide the point to point diagnostics and sequence
of the boards and connectors that are shown in the service manuals
from Canon
I have the parts and service for this C1
Going thru the schematics as listed without
much support from local CBS (clueless).
No one is trained well enough there to help.

SO what ideas this forum and the talent here can come up with
is a better option anyway unless we can get to the main Canon service managers desk with all of their tech notes.........NOT!

All great tech's like a challenge once in a while(not every day)
but to sharpen their skills and also help with
" OH I have seen that before" this we do so well!

here goes!

Fixing frame conn good to the DC control board
ALL heaters and thermos good thru the drawer frame conn to AC driver PCB
The thermos to DC control cked good
J1810 good +3.3 & +13 v good
J1185 good to DC control board
J1186 good "

J1113A A10 "
J1113B B10 "

DC control LED1 blinking

AC driver PCB (cked all semi cond good (triacs Good)
AC suB PCB Cked all semi cond good

The problem so far is from what I see,
the sig to "turn on " the Fixer/fuser heaters to the AC sub pcb is not there
there is a something that just quit,
we had a jam on the bypass feeding big envelopes
but cleared all of that

we did see the ITB error and reset
but on start up the AC relay clicks on
the Ac voltage thru back to the AC driver pcb is good.
the triacs are not "on" from the signal to the AC sub.
The Cable to the DC control PCB has the 3.3 and 13 v test good.

Remove ANY of the connectors and you get an error of course
I just dont think its the DC control PCB (no errors)

Did a reset of the settings from the touch panel NOT the Service modes.

I will ck the HVT and UFR heater.
I did ck the drum heat and ITB looked ok

NEED SOME BIG BRAINS ON THIS ONE

Not sure if I gave you this one already:
Symptom
The imagePRESS C1 is not warming up.

Cause
There has been a report whereas the front door interlock system has not provided power to the 24V_IL lines in the machine.

This results in no power being provided to the fixing relay, hence the machine does not warm up.

Action
In the same case above, the front door sensor was working correctly and doors were reported as being closed. Please check the door interlock if you experience this issue. ..

Door switch and the connector are good
You Did BTW give me that and the 24V to the AC relay and that cuts on and off on the door switch or the conn at the PCB board ,

AC driver and AC sub ok
as stated on last post
there is something else not letting the AC sub Opto Iso board going to
the AC driver board turn on the triacs to the heater/fixer

BUT the first thing that has to happen is the heaters come up
for the rest of the copier to "turn on"

Its all in the heater-Protect are
going to do a Decon and recon reset
And go back to the "door Settings"
