It's always been a big problem on this site. And you people sending the stuff out to every Tom Dick and Harry just makes it worse. I have it, but I only offer it to my preferred customer's and at no charge.
The sysop on this site is too busy playing on Facebook to tend to this site.

Hello everybody .

I need the SST for an Canon IR 1018 .

I get the Download Standby error on startup.

I have tryed to short-out the JP141 pins method , and no luck.
I have pulled out the DDR , putted back again and the printer started fine , until the next restart .
I want the SST , to copy the firmware from another IR1018 that works fine , and transfer it to the broken one .

You need the System Software for your device. You cannot copy firmware from one copier to another, SST just does not work that way.

There is no such list. Find out what make/model of hard drive is in the copier and buy the same one out in the world.

U can Clone the HDD and copy it to HDD
