I would be gratefull if someone would like to share the SST and the service manual with me.

u don't need SST- U need to replace All Drums & find a Canon\trained service person

Cloned disk with E60x is due to IDE controllers' transfer mode not match physical disk. Try more. U may read my old post to figure out how.
A good hd image should have feature below.
    -Auto calibrate,, avoid e60x
    -Auto patch firmware.
-File size to be small, transfer to target disk should take no longer then 2 minutes.

u can try ACRONIS or HD Clone. but first u must find a healthy master HDD, and an ATA to USB cable (this one is hard to get these days, cos it's an old model) and plug it in like it's a removable disk, then u can run the program and make an image of the master HDD, after it's done, u can do the reverse to get a new similar as master HDD. if u still got e60x, maybe the master is not good enough. if some HDD undetected by windows, u can try HDClone via DOS, all u have to do is create HDClone BOOT disk, and run the program.

MALWARE = something that has to do with MALL, shopping tool i think?
all .exe files i've downloaded there have been checked, scanned with latest updated automatically deleting virus and possibly harmful files AVG, and with latest updated and cruel cos lot of my cracked data has been deleted automatically NAV, and clean, that's why i dare to give the link. so if u think it's harmful, then maybe ur AV said so, cos my AV said other way. SST, the manuals, for me they're clean. for people who want to download something from it, risk at your own, i've took mine.
sorry teckat if i've been rude to u. and sorry to anyone for the disturbance. have a nice day people.
