Read the previous 400 replies. Nobody has it and nobody wants to give it to you.

Obviously because you sell it and you are not interested in people's free cooperation.
For your info, somebody tried to give me for free the IRC3100 firmware I asked some days ago, unafortunately he sent me a file that not fitted my copier, but anyway he had the good and uninterested intention to give it to me for free. I still need it, if anybody can help me.

There are so many forums outhere for any kind of machines, software, etc. that are made to help people each other. Normally if any one has some info or whatever, that another one needs, he/she gives it for free, just for the pleasure of help others. Even paid info. Although that's not the case of the canon's firmwares and sofware, they're free, just are restricted to official technicians, so it borns a black market around its, and that's the case of manuals4you.

Manuals4you is just spamming this forum, to advertise his website, but is only grumbling any newbie asking for help; from the previous 400 replies, 200 are from him and none helping posts.

If manuals4you were smart, instead of attacking newbies, could help newbies, and maybe they would be very gratefull with him, and could become clients and/or refferers to him.

Or in the worst case, if manuals4you is not interested in helping people, would be stay quiet. Even, instead of saying to newbies "moron, you are not to going to get what oyu ask here", could he say "buddy, I can sell it to you". Bad advertising, manuals4you.

Remember Forums are for definition groups of support people. SO if anybody needs somethings, where is he/she going to ask for it? in the forums.

And many newbies become expert forists in sometime, and they',ll remember they were helped, so they'll give it back the favour. So newbies are in the right place. manuals4you is in the wrong place.

A reminder to all those who want FREE things>

This entire web site help and support forum supplies many untrained techs, trained techs, and end users with 90% descriptive information that is normally not available elsewhere, including pictures, spec sheets, and diagrams to try and pinpoint your problems. The other 10% of questions are request for FREE > Firmware, and or Manuals, some of these needs are given, traded for or distributed in private.
This is up to the forum contributors themselves.
Training on these products is costly to companies and time consuming for companies & techs, some printers now require u to use your own time to study>then go to school for training.

I don't get kickbacks from anyone in here/
my comments are not on his/or her behalf

buying manuals from a seller is not support/ it's your choice

because u purchase something from someone or someplace does not mean u support them

This forum is no longer peaceful, mutually offense each other, especially thread related with smal progie like SST, firmware. time to move to another forum,
this word is really bad "I can post what the f**k I want and there's not a d**n thing you can do about it" Knowledge is not given like a tree that does not bear fruit

I do not see and does not promise I'll give to someone sst or firmware. But many here already helped to get the firmware, as a friend of Iraq too technical. I think you can not trust everyone, but many people here are serious committed to help solve problems, after all technical and equal anywhere in the world have difficulties in getting information and only with hard work can reap good fruit. Good job to all.thanks .
