Couldn't argue with you on it. Next week, will be taking exam of the same nature as ATSP.

Sigh... all to acheive some corporate direction of 100% We have within our midst, engineers that are higher paid than me but know crap about trouble-shooting copier's breakdown.

sad but very true. We have the Canon ATSP certified plaque hanging in our office. I dont hold much credence in it personally.

I've got an 602-001 on my IRC3100, I tried the 1-9 keys recovery test. NOthing happenned. I got the SST software, but I need the IRC3100 firmware please.

If any nice member of this forum can help me with that firmware, I would be very helpful.

when I do not have the firmware, but I'll try to get to you. You have the canon N.A.V.I? As for your problem if running 1.9 did not work you will need the same firmware or a new hd. Ok I give news later.

Urgently need the firmware and sst and the procedure to install the system on the machine canon ir6570, my grandfather is a stationery and just have this machine please help me, the HD is good, it was the only system that has a defect with power outage .
