it is either the fixing unit or the fixing motor

Check the fixing unit for binds
-There may be a bind in the fixing unit that impedes the movement of the fixing motor.
      Check the fixing motor connector
-Is the connector of the fixing motor connected?
      -NO: Connect the connector.
Check the Main power supply PCB (also known as the Switching Regulator)
-Is the drive voltage (24VDC) of the fixing motor supplied by the main power supply PCB present?
-The Main power supply PCB (also known as the Switching Regulator) can be checked by checking for 24VDC on J202-3 (24VU1-S) and J202-4 (OVU1).
-NO 24VDC: Replace the main power supply PCB.
Check the Fixing motor (M4) and DC controller PCB
-Press the Start key. Is the lock signal of the fixing motor present at the connector (J312) on the DC controller PCB?
-Lock signal: J312-B4 (FSRM_LOCK*) Does the signal from the DC controller PCB change from 0 to about 5 V when the Start key is pressed?
      -YES: Replace the fixing motor.
-NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

Most likely cause of E014 on this fuser is a clean roller that was allowed to be in the fuser too long. Thick deposits of toner build up on the roller, it deforms and wedges the pressure roller, causing too much of a bind, and thus,, the E014

                I think your going mad.

E014 in every model is fixing motor related

Maybe your confuse. The iR3100 pops a E013 for waste toner. Thats pretty close to E014.

Maybe you need a vacation.. LOL

I just had it on another dealers customer. The cleaning roller was at 435%. You wouldn't believe the crust buildup. It was enough to stop the motor.Check and replace the cleaning roller like Mrfixit51 says.
