Hi friends,
I need some advice on this issue I'm facing currently with the IRC 3200/3220 machines.
When printing full colored prints, The paper does not exit normally and curls up into the upper heater roller and cause jam. I have already replaced the heater rollers but this problem still arises only on colored prints. What could be causing this problem to happen?
Could it be the bearings and bushings that need changing as well?
Could it be the temperature of the rollers need to be calibrated?
Do share your experiences & advice with me if you have a remedy for this.
Thx

Regards
