There some things that could help. Go into Service Mode Level "2" and select "Copier / Option / Body" and set color shift (CLR-SHFT) to "1". The default setting at time of shipment is "0". And sometimes it is what it is.

just to add on SCREWTAPE's posted adjustment>this adjustment will reduce heavy paper productivity by approximately 1/3.
