    IR5000 F1 Finisher

Finisher dog ears (bends the corner) on pages comign out of the finisher. Its been a few years since i've seen this and i can't remember the fix.

too bad they don't have an unlit/broken light bulb for a post icon.
Notatechie - "I am trying, but I don't know how to go into Service Mode. If I just go in and press *then 2, than 8, then * it does not do anything."
    SCREWTAPE - "Try harder.."

First isolate where the dog-ear is occurring/ is it before entering Finisher ??
    move away/& run a copy
if ok/check for any burrs on the buffer pass upper guide

    Upper Guide>FF6-0649-000.

Also need to check FB5-3394-000 ( ARM, FLAPPER) on the EXTERNAL DELIVERY UPPER ASSEMBLY
and make sure it is not cracked.
