First of all, I believe we need to solve the way you present the problem. It could be a minor problem but you need someone to help you describe it from a more technical point of view. It seems as if the machine switches off by Auto Shut-off action, if that is the case, you need to note what error code message is displayed before this happens. Regards!

But it will not reset itself, the person did not indicate this was being tripped. Normally AC issues are indicated by the tripping on/off main switch...

First ?? Are u a service tech or end user. Were u working on machine before issue.

open front door with no interlock /turn on PWR/ get into service mode check error log/make note
Perform an error clear. COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERROR CLEAR in service mode

Fuser errors need to be investigated, before clearing the E code/ this person may be an end user !!!!

In most cases the cause of a machine powering OFF is an AC circut open or shorted. At what point did all this happen? who was doing what? If you are a end user call a professional. To rule out what's going on, your gonna have to check voltage signals from AC components. Check your Fixing unit first.
